Design Feature
- Hydraulic design : Various hydraulic design can be suitable for great majority conditions.
- Structure type : The bearing bracket between pump and motor of series VP can be used high temperature and importance.
Series VP-01 pump and motor use shaft with a low height, and weill stability. Spacer coupled of series VP-02 pump can
be used to expediently dismantle mechanical seals.
- Casing : The pump casing is designed with double volute casing to decrease radial force and vibration stable operation.
- Shaft seal : According to condition, packing, mechanical seal can be selected. The dimension of seal chamber is according
with API 682, and single seal, double seal and tandem seal can be selected.
- Structure : Compared to horizontal pump with same performance, vertical inline pump cover small foundation area, easily
connect, save foundation cost.
- Nozzles : The suction and discharge nozzles with same pressure grade and same diameter are horizontally arranged. Allowable
nozzle loadings compile with API610.
- Rotation : The rotation direction is clockwise seen from drive end.
