- HL Electric heating Bitumen pump is a kind of high temperature resistant gear pump. It is based on the general gear pump.
It has a wide pump body, high temperature seal, and can be wound with electric heating belt on the pump body. The asphalt
solidified at normal or low temperature inside the pump body is melted under the action of the heating zone. It is widely used
in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, textile, daily chemical, national defense and other industries to transport viscous
liquids such as asphalt, resins, polymers and other materials that require heat preservation.
- Application range of electric heating asphalt pump The electric heating gear pump is used to convey liquid medium without
solid particles that needs to be insulated with a viscosity of 1.0-100000 cst and a temperature of 60-350 ℃. Features of the
pump: The electric heating gear pump is resistant to high temperatures and has strong self-priming performance. The cast steel
material can be used at temperatures up to 350 ° C.
