- The external meshing low pressure gear system is totally sealed, no leakage, environmental protection, energy saving and high efficiency.
- It is mainly composed of pump body, gear, shaft, magnetic drive part, safety valve and so on.
- All parts in the pump are self lubricated by conveying medium.
- Gear has high strength, hardness and wear resistance after heat treatment.
- There is a reasonable pressure relief circuit in the pump to ensure that the gear is not trapped in the work.
- Sliding bearings are made of suitable materials, which can withstand unbalanced radial hydraulic pressure of gears, have strong anti-pollution force, meet the requirements
of non-lubricating chemical media, and have long service life.
- Safety valve overload protection is provided. The full return pressure of safety valve is 1.5 times the rated pressure of the pump. It can be adjusted according to actual needs
within the allowable discharge pressure range. When the discharge pressure exceeds the rated pressure of the pump, the safety valve automatically opens to ensure that the
pump and motor will not be damaged by excessive pressure.
